The master plan anticipates building on a plot of 73,085 m2 on which 418 units are planned, distributed in 21 blocks, with a total of 42,536 m2 of gross floor area. This all comes with extensive landscaped areas and community pools, plus a beach club that includes a restaurant and gymnasium.
