Refurbishment and restructuring of the Monda Town Hall, an 18th Century building. It is extended with an extra floor, following a simple careful design and keeping to a controlled budget. The project involves a formal interpretation of traditional local architecture and conserves the guidelines included in the urban development of the town. The proposal manages to liberate spacious areas which are illuminated through skylights.
